ORDERING INFORMATION:
100% satisfaction is our goal every time you call our 800 order line. Please have your inventory number and product description to avoid errors. We also encourage orders by fax.

For all orders we will always ask you for your "need by date" (date it has to be on your floor) so that we both understand the order urgency. If you have a rush order, no sweat, just let us know and we will be happy to expedite your request as quickly as possible. If for any reason we can not comply with your need by date, we will contact you ASAP to review your order status and make other arrangements if needed.

NON-STOCK ITEMS:
For any non-stock or temporarily out of stock items, we will give you the lead time it will take to get your order to your location. We will make every effort to get these items delivered ASAP.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns that are caused by error of BHPI staff, we will assume all responsibility with no hassles. For returns resulting from customer error, we will take back any unopened and/or reusable product. There could be a restocking fee of up to 15% of the products value, especially for special order and non-stock orders. Return of the product to BHPI will be the customers responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders over $500 requiring standard ground delivery will receive free shipping. Orders under $500 are subject to shipping cost plus a three-dollar handling charge will be itemized on invoice. Shipping charges related to air delivery or rush delivery and Hazardous charges will have said shipping charges itemized on the invoice regardless of total invoice dollar amount. Orders for equipment ship FOB point of delivery, charges will be itemized on product invoice regardless of total invoice dollar amount.

CASH CREDIT TERMS:
Consumable Terms: 1% discount if postmarked within 10 days of invoice date, net due in 30 days.
Equipment Terms: Established by quote.
Invoices that eXceed 30 days will be subject to 1.5% per month interest charges on past due amounts.

VISA/MASTER CARD TERMS:
Consumable Terms: chargeable on ship day.
Equipment Terms: Established by quote.

C.O.D. TERMS:
Net due upon delivery or pick up.

LIMITED WARRANTY:
SELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS FOR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Sellers liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement of any goods not of seller's standard quality for goods of such description or refund of the purchase price for any such goods, as buyer may elect; such replacement or refund shall be buyer's exclusive remedy.
