JetSet - A high solids, quick setting ink series developed to run on small to midsize commercial and duplicator presses.
JetSet DX - A high solids, quick setting ink series with drier added developed to run on small to midsize commercial
    and duplicator presses.
ProSet - A high solids, quick setting ink series developed to run on small to midsize offsets and duplicators.
Ultima III - A work and turn oil base ink series developed to run on small to mid-size offset and duplicator presses
QuickSoy - A soy based ink series developed for small to medium sized presses.



JetSet
A high solids, quick setting ink series developed to run on small to midsize commercial and duplicator presses. JetSet is formulated for digital direct plates Digiplate and runs equally well with conventional metal, paper and poly plates including Silvermaster. JetSet will provide you these features and advantages:
  • Fights Emulsification - JetSet offers a wide window of compatibility with poly and paper plates.
  • Stays Open - JetSet will remain "open" on press and in can for extended periods of time. This means less down time and less waste and disposal costs.
  • Quick Setting - Excellent work and turn ink resulting in more efficient production scheduling. Suitable for bond and enamels. Please call for technical assistance on any substrate you question.
  • Stability - Our unique blend of vehicles are inherently stable on press. JetSet allows you to set the colors once and expect it to stay set without troublesome increases in tack.
  • Laser Safe - Post printing heat source safe when properly run. Refer to our laser data sheet.
JetSet is available in all PANTONE® base colors and blends, process colors and dense black. Jetset is also available with drier additives.

JetSet DX - Same properties as JetSet but with drier added.

Ultima III
- A work and turn oil base ink series developed to run on small to mid-size offset and duplicator presses. UltimIII provides increased flow characteristics for use on shorter ink trains associated with smaller presses. It covers and "levels" quickly with a quick and hard finish. It runs equally well with intergrated and conventional dampening systems on metal or paper/poly plates.
  • Medium Viscosity (Body) - Ultima III is formulated to provide big press results with small press ink trains. It flows well in the fountain and quickly mills out on the rollers to provide excellent transfer and coverage.
  • Fast Setting - An excellent work and turn ink that allows for very efficient production scheduling. Suitable for a wide variety of stocks, including some of the more troublesome stocks. Please call for technical assistance on any substrate you question.
  • High Gloss - Ultima III exhibits good gloss with excellent scratch and scuff resistance.
  • Laser Safe - Post printing heat source safe when properly run. Please refer to BHPI Ink Application Tips and Suggestions.
  • Press Stability - Ultima III press stability is a big advantage when ink turnover in the fountain is slow and without agitators. And don’t worry about shut downs, Ultimas ability to stay open on the rollers will save time and agrivation.

QuickSoy - A soy based ink series developed for small to medium sized presses. QuickSoy runs equally well on Integrated and Conventional Dampening equipment with metal, paper and plastic plates. QuickSoy has these features and advantages:
  • Print with Soy Logo - Has more than the required percentage of soy oil to run with "printed with soy" logo.
  • Stability - Soybean oil and other "agri-oils" are inherently stable on press. QuickSoy’s stability slows on press tac increases for better overall runability.
  • Excellent Transfer - Our high quality vehicle system provides you with maximum pigment transfer through the ink train and to the substrate.
  • Quick Set - Excellent quick turn ink resulting in more efficient production scheduling. Suitable for a variety of stocks including bonds, enamels, tag and index. Please call for technical assistance on any substrate you question. Can be drier enhanced to handle difficult substrates.
  • Bright Colors - Brighter colors are inherent due to the excellent clarity of natural soy oils which let our true colors shine.
  • Scratch and Scuff Resistance - Our combination of natural oils and traditional dryers increases scratch and scuff resistance, which will meet the toughest standards.
  • Laser Safe - Post printing heat source safe when properly run, refer to laser data sheet.
  • Low VOC’s - Our QuickSoy series has a low VOC content. This provides for a safer pressroom environment.
